You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the ph578 Platform without the prior written consent of ph578.

In the event of account closure for cause, ph578 may withhold any account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, forfeit such balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. In cases of account closure for reasons other than cause, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph578 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph578 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt resolution through ph578's internal dispute resolution process. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, either party may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority.

Gaming disputes related to the fairness of game outcomes will be reviewed by ph578's game integrity team. RNG-based game results are deterministic and verified through certified provider logs, which will be made available to the affected player upon formal written request.
